As part of its efforts to strengthen its operational capabilities, Women EdTech is issuing a request for proposals for the procurement of computer and audiovisual equipment.

This initiative aims to provide the organization with high-performance equipment in order to improve:
✅ managing its operations; ;
✅ the production of digital content; ;
✅ tracking its programs; ;
✅ Supporting women entrepreneurs on their digital transformation journeys.

🎯 Interested suppliers may submit bids for one or more lots, including, among others:

📷 Audiovisual equipment: camera, accessories, lighting, stabilizer, microphones, etc.
💾 USB flash drives
💻 Laptop (MacBook Air)

Desired Qualifications:
We are looking for legally incorporated companies that specialize in supplying computer and multimedia equipment and that meet the following criteria:
✔️ proven experience in the field; ;
✔️ high-quality customer service; ;
✔️ capabilities for delivering, installing, and configuring equipment.

📄 The submission package must include:

• Required administrative documents; ;
• A separate technical proposal; ;
• A separate financial offer; ;
• The references and guarantees required in the Request for Proposals.
