{"id":12176,"date":"2026-04-28T17:40:21","date_gmt":"2026-04-28T17:40:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/womenedtech.luminadigit.com\/?p=12176"},"modified":"2026-04-29T16:52:28","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T16:52:28","slug":"recruitment-of-four-04-candidates-to-expand-the-staff","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/womenedtech.com\/en\/recruitment-of-four-04-candidates-to-expand-the-staff\/","title":{"rendered":"Recruitment of four (04) candidates to expand the staff"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recruitment of four (04) candidates to strengthen the staff for the operational implementation of Women EdTech's activities&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>April 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Background and Rationale\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the process of <strong>Certification of Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (OAE) in Benin (LABELOAE)<\/strong>, a key initiative for the national entrepreneurial ecosystem, several organizations were recognized for the quality of their support services for entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Led by the S\u00e8m\u00e8 City Development Agency and the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Development Agency (ADPME), with support from the Ministry of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Employment Promotion, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the Benin Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI Benin), and with technical and financial support from the World Bank, this initiative aims to <strong>improve the quality of entrepreneurial support<\/strong> and to recognize the highest-performing organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The OAE LABEL aims to recognize and strengthen Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (OAE) that play a key role in the development of Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) by helping to sustainably raise the standards of support services in Benin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this regard, <strong>Women in EdTech<\/strong>, as a\u2019<strong>Certified Entrepreneurship Support Organization (OAE)<\/strong>, is fully aligned with this commitment to excellence, innovation, and impact, particularly in support of digital inclusion and the economic empowerment of women and young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of its efforts to expand its operations and fulfill its commitments as a certified OAE, Women EdTech is recruiting <strong>four (04) profiles<\/strong> to strengthen its operational team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mission Objectives<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Overall Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strengthen Women EdTech\u2019s operational capacity by hiring four staff members to ensure the effective, structured, and efficient implementation of the project\u2019s activities.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Specific Objectives<\/strong> :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specifically, this will involve:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure effective coordination of activities and rigorous monitoring and evaluation; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen efforts to mobilize partnerships and resources; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure transparent financial management that complies with donor requirements; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve the visibility and digital communication of the project's activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Expected Results<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Effective coordination and rigorous monitoring of activities are ensured; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in project management; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEAL) tools and performance indicators\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of donor requirements (World Bank, European Union, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of projects; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in digital communications; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in social media and design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent skills in web writing and storytelling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Mission:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement the digital communications strategy; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage social media and the website; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create content (visuals, videos, articles); ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the visibility of projects and activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Implementation Methodology\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those hired will work closely with the Women EdTech team using the following approach:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participatory and collaborative;
