;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>organizing meetings and workshops; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the administrative management of activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Description of the Expected Work<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This request for proposals concerns the renovation of a building comprising:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A large training room (55 square meters)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capacity: 40 seats with tables (arranged in a training room layout)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An airy, well-lit space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete electrical installation (outlets, lighting)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A conference room (20 square meters)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Average capacity (internal and partner meetings)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Layout suitable for meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>An office and walk-in closet (20.90 square meters)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Team Workspace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simple and functional layout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A patio (20 square meters)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Covered outdoor area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suitable for informal conversations and breaks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fencing for Lot 3775b, Block R<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Secure Fence Around Lot 3775b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Main entrance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Integrated Sanitary System<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan for a total of 2 to 3 restrooms, distributed as follows:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1 guest restroom<\/strong> accessible from the common areas (near the training room\/terrace)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 restroom located inside the conference room<\/strong> (or in the immediate vicinity)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 restroom located inside the administrative office<\/strong> (or shared with the team)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each restroom facility must include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bowl <\/strong>Restroom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hand-washing station <\/strong>with a water source<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adequate ventilation<\/strong> (natural or mechanical)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finishes: floor and wall tiles (easy to maintain)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliant wastewater disposal system (properly sized septic tank or existing connection)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure a reliable water supply (tank or reservoir, if necessary)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measures to promote users' hygiene and privacy (locks, partitions, lighting)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Technical Specifications<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The successful bidder will be responsible for the architectural design of the building.
